The included Tetley Handy network survey handset(s), when equipped with a mobile network operators’ (MNO) SIM card, achieve accurate network measurements. Precision analysis of the networks allows the user to better place, task, and employ data gathering resources. For Law Enforcement (LE) users, the TETLEY HYDRA greatly enhances their ability to employ CALEA data, including Penlink.

By applying carefully planned and effective NATs, the timing of targeted updates is now in the users’ hands. Because the system is utilizing G3T’s expertise in cellular technology via the Tetley Handy, users can rest assured all messaging and analysis is compliant with 3GPP’s specifications of 2G/GSM, 3G/UMTS, 4G/LTE, and the rapidly advancing 5G New Radio (NR) standards. The included Tetley Handy phones may be utilized to perform advanced network characterization on different MNO’s simultaneously, and can support up to 4 attached Tetley Handy phones.
